Our recommendation for goose meat and a recipe for its preparation:

frozen grilled goose with giblets for only 650 dinars per kilogram, goose liver for only 5,900 dinars per kilogram, frozen goose drumstick and thigh for only 1,200 dinars per kilogram, frozen goose breast with bone and skin for only 1,200 dinars per kilogram. The promotion is valid from November 8, 2018, to November 11, 2018.

ROASTED GOOSE DRUMSTICK HUNGARIAN STYLE

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 goose drumsticks 1 apple 4 slices of garlic marjoram salt pepper goose fat Preparation time: 20 minutes, cooking time: 3 hours 20 minutes.

Preparation method:

Chop the garlic finely, cut the well-washed apple into 4 slices. Clean and wash the goose drumsticks before preparation. Rub salt well into the goose drumsticks, then sprinkle with pepper and marjoram. Grease a deep baking pan with goose fat, place the meat in it with the skin side down. Place the apples next to the meat and sprinkle both with garlic, then cover the pan with baking foil.

Place the pan in a preheated oven at 150 degrees and roast the meat for 3 hours. The meat should be turned several times during roasting and basted with its own juices. When a knife easily passes through the meat, increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees, return the pan without foil to allow the meat to brown and become red. Be careful not to overcook the meat as it will then be dry. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
